properly prepared carbon steel and aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.
Jotamastic 87
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, high solids, high build
product. Specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired. Provides
long lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as
single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel and
aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.
Jotamastic 90
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, abrasion resistance,
high solids, high build product. This product is tintable in a wide range of colours in Jotun’s Multicolor Industry
(MCI) system. Specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired.
Provides long lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish
coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon
steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, concrete and a range of aged coating surfaces. It can be
applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Jotamastic SF
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, solvent free, high build
product. Well suited for early immersion. Specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not
possible or desired. Provides long lasting protection in environments with high corrosivity. Can be used as
primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for
properly prepared carbon steel and aged coating surfaces.

Jotamastic Smart Pack
This is a two component amine cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, high solids product.
Specially designed for application with brush and roller. 1:1 mixing ratio for easy use and reduced wastage.

Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic
This is a two component titanium catalyzed inorganic ceramic copolymer. It complies to the generic type Multi
Polymeric Matrix Coating. It is resistant to low temperatures down to -196°C and high temperatures up to
1000°C continuously, where substrates allow. Can be used as primer or finish coat in atmospheric environments.
Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel and ceramic substrates. On carbon steel it can be used up to 650°C
continuously and 750°C intermittent. It can be applied on hot substrates up to 150°C.
The product passes the standard tests used for qualifying coatings preventing corrosion under insulation (CUI).
It will offer proper corrosion protection at ambient conditions during construction and shut-down periods.

Jotatemp 250
Cat Epoxy dua Komponen yang diperkuat Glass Flake bisa tahan suhu panas hingga 250 derajat celcius dan bisa dilakukan pengecatan pada permukaan dengan panas 150 derajat celcius dapat digunakan sebagai cat primer, mid coat dan finish coat pada lingkungan atmosferik, cocok untuk cabon steel, besi galvanis, stainless steel dan alumunium. bisa digunakan untuk suhu hingga -196 derajat celcius pada aplikasi cryogenic baik pada permukaan yang di insulasi maupun tidak.

Jotatemp 540 Zinc
This is a two component glass flake reinforced inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating. It conforms to the
compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 3, ISO 12944-5 and AS/NZS 3750.15. It provides corrosion
protection as a single coat and can be used under insulation if overcoated with a high temperature coating
designed to offer protection against CUI. It is heat resistant up to 540 °C (1004 °F). Suitable for properly
prepared carbon steel substrates only. This product complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.

Marathon
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is a high solids, high build, glass flake reinforced
product. It is scratch and abrasion resistant. Suitable for environments with very high corrosivity. Can be used
as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable
for properly prepared carbon steel and concrete substrates.

Marathon 1000 GF
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is a high build, solvent free, glass flake reinforced
product. It has very good impact and abrasion resistance. Suitable for environments with very high corrosivity,
such as areas in the splash or tidal zone. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in
atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates.

Marathon 1000 XHB

This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is a high solids, high build, glass flake reinforced
product. It has very good impact and abrasion resistance. Suitable for environments with very high corrosivity,
such as areas in the splash or tidal zone. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in
atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, shop
primed steel, concrete and coated surfaces.

Marathon 500
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is a surface tolerant, high solids, high build product.
Will continue to cure when immersed in water. The product has high abrasion resistance. Suitable for
environments with very high corrosivity, such as areas in the splash or tidal zone. Can be used as primer, mid
coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly
prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium and concrete substrates.

Marathon IQ
This is a two component polyamine cured epoxy coating. It is a high build, solvent free product. It is highly
scratch resistant. Suitable for environments with very high corrosivity. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish
coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon
steel substrates.

Penguard Express
This is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, high solids, high build product. Specially
designed for new construction where short dry to handle and over coating times are required. Can be used as
primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly
prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanised steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero
surface temperatures.

Penguard HSP
This is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, high solids, high build product. Can be
used as primer or mid coat in atmospheric environments. Specially designed for new construction where short
dry to handle and over coating times are required. Suitable for properly prepared aluminium, carbon steel,
galvanised steel, shop primed steel and stainless steel substrate.

Penguard Plus
This is a two component amine cured high molecular weight epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, high solids, high
build product. Specially designed as a universal, all round, new construction coating. Can be used as primer, mid
coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly
prepared carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and thermally sprayed zinc substrates.

Penguard Pro
This is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a surface tolerant, high solids, high build product.
Specially designed as a universal, all round, new construction coating. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish
coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon
steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and thermally sprayed zinc substrates.

Penguard Universal
This is a two component polyamine cured pure epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, high solids, high build product.
It provides excellent corrosion protection as part of a complete coating system. Can be used as primer, mid coat,
finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared
carbon steel, galvanised steel, shop primed steel, stainless steel, aluminium and concrete substrates. Suitable as
maintenance coating on a wide range of aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub zero surface
temperatures.

Penguard WF
This is a two component water borne epoxy coating for corrosion protection. It is a versatile, fast drying product
containing flash rust inhibitors. It cures down to 5 °C. Specially designed for new construction where short dry
to handle and over coating times are required. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat
system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and
galvanised steel substrates. Available with hardener for application at low substrate temperatures.

Pilot QD Primer
This is a one component oxidatively drying alkyd coating. It is a fast drying, high build, zinc phosphate
pigmented product. Can be used as primer or mid coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly
prepared carbon steel, aluminium and wooden substrates.

Resist 65
This is a two component moisture curing inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating. It is a zinc dust containing product.
It conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 3. It provides very good corrosion
protection as part of a complete coating system. It is heat resistant up to 540 °C. To be used as primer in
atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates only. This product complies
with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.

Resist 78
This is a two component moisture curing inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating. It is a fast curing, very high zinc
dust containing product. It conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 2 and ISO
12944-5. It provides excellent corrosion protection as part of a complete coating system. It is heat resistant up
to 540 °C. To be used as primer in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel
substrates only. This product complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.

Resist 86
This is a two component moisture curing inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating. It is a fast curing, very high zinc
dust containing product. It conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 1, ISO 12944-5
and AS/NZS 3750.15 1994. It provides excellent corrosion protection as a single coat or as part of a complete
coating system. It is heat resistant up to 540 °C. To be used as primer in a coating system and as single coat
system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates only. This product
complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.

Safeguard Plus
This is a two component polyamide cured vinyl epoxy based coating. Specially designed as a fast drying, flexible,
tie coat between Jotun epoxy primers and antifouling systems. To be used as tie coat in immersed environments.
It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Safeguard Universal ES
This is a two component polyamide cured vinyl epoxy based coating. Specially designed as a tie coat between
epoxy primers and antifouling systems. Can be used as tie coat for a wide range of topcoats. To be used as tie
coat in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable on approved primers on aluminium, carbon steel,
galvanised and stainless steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Solvalitt
This is a one component physically drying silicone acrylic coating. It is heat resistant up to 600 °C. Can be used
as primer, mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel,
galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium substrates

Solvalitt Midtherm
This is a one component physically drying silicone acrylic coating. It is heat resistant up to 260 °C. Can be used
as primer, mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel,
galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium substrates.

WaterFine Primer
This is a two component waterborne polyamide cured epoxy coating. It is a surface tolerant, very fast drying,
highly penetrating product containing flash rust inhibitors. Specially designed for new construction where fast
dry to handle and over coating times are required. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat
system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium and concrete
substrates.

Antifouling
SeaLion Repulse
This is a three component nano repellent, elastomeric silicone fouling release coating. It is biocide free and
provides excellent fouling protection and hull performance. This is achieved by a smooth, low friction surface
reducing hull deterioration and speed loss. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments. Suitable on
approved primers and tie coats on aluminium and carbon steel substrates.

SeaLion Resilient
This is a two component epoxy polysiloxane fouling release coating. It is biocide free and provides excellent
abrasion, scratch resistance and hull performance. This is achieved by an extremely hard, low friction surface
reducing hull deterioration and speed loss. To be used as finish coat in immersed environments only. Suitable on
approved primers on carbon steel and aluminium substrates.

SeaMate M
This is a one component hydrolysing silyl acrylate antifouling coating. It provides both excellent fouling
protection and good hull performance. This is achieved through predictable and stable self polishing
characteristics reducing hull deterioration, friction and speed loss. Suitable on approved primers and tie coats on
aluminium and carbon steel substrates. Compliant with IMO Antifouling System Convention AFS/CONF/26

SeaMate NB
This is a one component hydrolysing silyl acrylate antifouling coating. It provides both excellent fouling

Cellulosic fire protection
Steelmaster 1200WF
This is a one component waterborne acrylic thin film intumescent coating. Independently tested and approved
for fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire up to 180 minutes. Suitable for properly prepared
carbon steel substrates.

Steelmaster 120SB
This is a one component solvent based acrylic thin film intumescent coating. Independently approved for fire
protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire. Can be used as mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric
environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel substrates.

Steelmaster 60SB
This is a one component solvent based acrylic thin film intumescent coating. Independently approved for fire
protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire. Can be used as mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric
environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel substrates.

Steelmaster 60W
This is a one component waterborne acrylic thin film intumescent coating. Independently approved for fire
protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire. Can be used as mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric
environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel substrates.

Hydrocarbon fire protection
Jotachar 1709
This is a two component solvent free amine cured 100% solids epoxy intumescent coating. Specially designed as
an intumescent coating to provide fire protection for steel in hydrocarbon pool fires for different types of
structures and equipment. No additional reinforcing mesh is required. To be used as mid coat as part of a
complete system in atmospheric environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel, hot dipped
galvanised steel and stainless steel substrates.

Jet fire protection

Jotachar JF750
This is a two component solvent free amine cured 100% solids epoxy intumescent coating. Specially designed as
an intumescent coating to provide fire protection for steel in hydrocarbon pool and jet fires for different types of
structures and equipment. No additional reinforcing mesh is required. To be used as mid coat as part of a
complete system in atmospheric environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel, aluminum, hot
dipped galvanized steel and stainless steel substrates.

Jotafloor Non Slip Aggregate
This is graded silica aggregates, designed to be spread into a desired non-skid system. Available in coarse,
medium and fine particle sizes. Suitable as anti-skid material in a wide range of coating systems in atmospheric
environments. Suitable on any type of surface, depending on the specific coating system.

Jotafloor PU Universal
This is a two component aromatic isocyanate cured polyurethane coating. It is a high performance, solvent free
product. It is a self levelling product leaving a seamless surface. It is flexible, abrasion, impact, chemical and
slip resistant. It is specially designed to be used as a waterproof membrane. If enhanced slip resistance is
required Jotafloor Non Slip can be used in the system. To be used as mid coat as part of a complete system in
atmospheric environments. Suitable on approved primers on concrete substrates.

Jotun Epoxy Filler

Primers
Jotafloor Damp Bond
This is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a high solids primer specially designed for use on
concrete during the curing phase where the moisture content is still high. To be used as primer in atmospheric
environments. Specially suited for properly prepared concrete substrates.

Jotafloor Screed Primer
This is a two component polyamide cured epoxy coating. It is a solvent free product. It is specially designed for
use with Jotafloor Screed that is applied when the primer is wet in atmospheric environments only. Specially
suited for properly prepared concrete substrates.

Jotafloor Sealer
This is a two component amide cured epoxy coating. It is transparent. It exhibits excellent penetration
properties to ensure good adhesion on most concrete floors in atmospheric environments only. Specially suited
for properly prepared concrete substrates.

Jotafloor Sealer WB
This is a one component clear sealer with nano sized emulsion particles. It is fast drying. The particles help in
better penetration and sealing of the substrate in atmospheric environments only. Specially suited for properly
prepared concrete substrates.

Jotafloor Solvent Free Primer
This is a two component amine cured solvent free epoxy coating. It is transparent. It ensures very good
adhesion on most concrete floors in atmospheric environments only. Specially designed for high build floor
coatings on properly prepared concrete floors and walls.

Shopprimers

Muki EPS
This is a two component chemically curing epoxy coating. It is a shop primer designed for high welding and
cutting speed, giving reduced weld porosity and back burning. It is fast drying making it suitable for stacking
shortly after application. Can be used as temporary primer in a new construction phase, as holding primer or as
primer in a complete coating system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared
carbon steel substrates and recommended to be applied in an automated shop priming line in lower film
thicknesses or applied by airless spray when used as holding primer. Compatible with advanced welding
technologies including MIG, MAG and G-FCAW when applied in low film thickness.

Muki Z 2001
This is a two component inorganic low zinc moisture curing zinc ethyl silicate coating. It is a shop primer
designed for very high welding and cutting speed, giving reduced weld porosity and back burning. It is fast
drying and has good abrasion resistance making it suitable for stacking shortly after application. Can be used as
temporary primer in a new construction phase or as primer in a complete coating system in atmospheric and
immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates and recommended to be applied
in an automated shop priming line. Compatible with advanced welding technologies including MIG, MAG and G-
FCAW.

Muki Z 3000

This is a two component inorganic medium zinc moisture curing zinc ethyl silicate coating. It is a shop primer

This is a two component solvent free amine cured epoxy coating. It is specially designed for drinking water tanks.
